Victoria Arduino

Victoria Arduino was founded in Turin in 1905 by Pier Teresio Arduino, who named his machine La Victoria; the patent bearing that name dates from 1907. The brand tells its history as one in which design matters as much as engineering: Leonetto Cappiello's 1922 poster, the WAT series designed in the 1940s by the architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni and, in the 1950s, the Marziana, which the company describes as its first continuous-delivery machine, fitted with a patented heat exchanger.

In 2001 the brand joined the Simonelli group, and it is now based in Belforte del Chienti, in the province of Macerata, where the group has its headquarters. In the 2010s the focus moved to espresso and grinding: 2013 brought the Mythos One grinder with Clima Pro technology and the Theresia, designed by the Fuksas studio; 2014 brought the VA388 Black Eagle.

The current catalogue is mostly professional machines - Black Eagle Maverick, Eagle One, Eagle Tempo, Black Eagle VA388, White Eagle VA358 and Adonis - alongside the single-group E1 Prima family, the Mythos range of grinders including MyOne, and two heritage models, Venus Bar and Athena Leva. The site lists branch offices and experience labs in Dubai, Hanover, London, Lyon, Melbourne, Seattle, Shanghai and Singapore, but publishes nothing on spare parts or on a network of service centres.
