Victoria Arduino Eagle One

Eagle One is Simonelli Group's multi-group machine for the Victoria Arduino brand, available in 2- or 3-group configurations. The official manual documents separate boilers for each coffee group ("boilers 1, 2, 3 of the coffee group"), distinct from the steam boiler, with temperatures adjustable independently from the display. Declared power supply is 220 V or 380 V depending on the electrical configuration chosen at installation — not a continuous range, but two alternative wiring options, single-phase or three-phase. Rated power draw is 5000 W on the 2-group version.
Prewetting is programmable from the display with three distinct parameters: how long the coffee valve stays open, how long it stays closed, and the overall duration of the pre-wetting phase, building a pulsed profile rather than a single pressure step. The machine is designed for a fixed water connection only, with declared hardness specifications (5/6 French degrees, 50-60 ppm) and a recommended pump pressure of 9 bar, adjustable via a knob under the chassis.
Declared net weight for the 2-group version is 68.5 kg. The manual does not specify the group type (E61, saturated or proprietary), boiler material, brew pressure at the group, or whether the machine uses PID control in the strict sense: temperature parameters are display-adjustable, but the document never uses that term. Machine dimensions appear in the manual only as callouts on a technical drawing (letters X, Y, Z, A) without an explicit width/depth/height label.

Pros and cons
In favour
- Separate boilers for each coffee group, adjustable independently from the steam boiler
- Programmable prewetting with settable ON/OFF times and overall duration from the display
- Fixed water mains connection with declared water hardness and pressure specifications
Worth knowing
- The manual does not state width, depth and height with explicit labels: only callouts on a technical drawing source
- No indication of the group type, boiler material or brew pressure at the group source
- Power supply is fixed at installation between 220 V single-phase or 380 V three-phase: not a choice that can be changed later source

Espresso
Seven grams, twenty-five seconds, twenty-five millilitres: Italian espresso has a written specification, and this is it.

Ristretto
The same dose as an espresso, less water in the cup. No institutional source fixes its volume — so here you will only find what is documented.

Cappuccino
25 ml of espresso and 100 ml of steamed milk, in a 150–160 ml cup. The cappuccino has a specification too.

Caffè macchiato
An espresso and a stain of milk. How much milk, exactly? No source declares it — and we do not invent it.

Caffè americano
An espresso lengthened with hot water. The amount of water is set by no standard: it changes from country to country and from bar to bar.

Caffè shakerato
Double espresso, sugar syrup and ice in a shaker. It has no specification: it has a house recipe.
