The Profitec MOVE 2.0 is a dual boiler espresso machine: one boiler for coffee and a stainless steel one for steam and hot water, with programmable temperatures for both. The tank holds 2.8 litres and has a built-in water filter adapter. A dual gauge shows boiler pressure and pump pressure. Brew buttons with programmable doses, adjustable preinfusion and a discreet display handle the extraction; the machine connects to apps and scales via Bluetooth. The brew group cleans itself automatically and an integrated cleaning programme sends reminders. It heats up in about 7 minutes.
