This espresso machine has two stainless steel boilers, so you can extract coffee and steam milk at the same time. Temperature is controlled electronically and adjusts in 1-degree steps. The built-in grinder has 45 settings and grinds, doses and tamps the coffee into the stainless steel portafilter. The steam wand has a ring pull and an automatic texturing program with settings for dairy, soy, almond and oat milk; the temperature ranges from 45 to 75 °C with 9 texture levels. It is operated from the touch screen in automatic or manual mode, and the Sage+ Coffee app, over Wi-Fi, can switch the machine on and pre-heat it remotely. The box includes the portafilter, a stainless steel milk jug, single wall 1-cup and 2-cup baskets, a water filter, and cleaning tablets and powder for cleaning and descaling.
