Elizabeth is Lelit's compact dual boiler, built around the 58 mm LELIT58 commercial group compatible with the same barista accessory standard. The two separate boilers sustain continuous steam and hot water delivery without affecting coffee temperature, which the manufacturer lists as the model's distinguishing feature against single-boiler machines of similar footprint.
Control runs through the OLED display of the LCC system, which lets you set preinfusion time, brew time, automatic purge and washing cycle, and shows coffee, water and steam temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit. A 3-way solenoid valve dries the puck at the end of extraction, and the back-lit gauge stays visible to check pressure during the shot.
The brushed stainless steel body includes a cup warmer and a drip tray with wire grate. The manufacturer does not state pump type, operating pressure, or a single boiler material figure covering both units — the coffee and steam boilers are in different materials, worth keeping in mind when comparing Elizabeth to other dual boilers of similar size.
