Data from official source
The Bottomless Portafilter is the spoutless filter holder ECM Manufacture sells as an official accessory for its E61 group-head machines. The perforated spout gives way to an open design, so you can watch the extraction as it flows into the cup. It's chrome-plated, with an angled handle shaped for a natural grip when locking in, comfortable through long sessions behind the bar.
The included basket holds 21 grams, sized for double or triple doses. It's hand-wash only: ECM advises against the dishwasher. Anyone with an ECM E61 group-head machine will find it built for that exact fit, for watching the coffee flow instead of hiding it behind a spout.
