Manual portable espresso maker that works without electricity: hot water is poured into the 180 mL tank and pressure is built by working the pump by hand, up to a pressure that reaches 20 bar. The basket holds 22 g of ground coffee and the output cup is about 90 mL. The whole process takes about 2 minutes, of which at most 40 seconds are pumping. The body is metal, stainless steel and aluminium with BPA-free plastic parts. It suits people who want espresso while travelling, camping or at the office, with no power outlet. A grinder and a tamper, sold separately, are needed, and the hot water must be prepared separately.
