Which one to choose
Choose Encore ESP if…
At €179.95, Encore ESP is the entry point into dedicated espresso grinding, with 40 click stops against the Sette 270's 31 and drip filter coverage on top of espresso. For anyone starting out, it's the lowest outlay in the category.
Choose Sette 270 if…
Sette 270 covers pour-over instead of drip filter and runs at 240 W against Encore ESP's 70 W, useful for grinding with more continuity. The higher price buys that capability, not different burrs — the diameter is identical.
