Fiorenzato

Fiorenzato is an Italian coffee grinder manufacturer, founded in 1936 in Mestre by Pietro Fiorenzato. The company is based in Santa Maria di Sala, in the province of Venice, having relocated there in 2019 to a larger facility to meet growing demand.

It makes professional coffee grinders and grinder-dosers, sold according to its official site in more than 70 countries, alongside a line aimed at home use (Fiorenzato Home). Milestones the company lists in its own history include the first countertop grinder-doser in 1948, market leadership in Italy from 1988, the first on-demand grinder in 2009, and, in 2024, Sense technology with isolated scales for direct gram-based grinding.
