AllGround Classic is the entry-level grinder in Fiorenzato's home line, built around 64 mm flat burrs in M340 steel with a Dark-T coating, the same material the brand states it uses on its professional range. Grind adjustment is micrometric and continuous, operated by turning the ring, which also wakes the display for controlling the grinding mode.
The motor draws 250 watts and runs at 1400 rpm on 50 Hz mains, rising to 1600 rpm at 60 Hz. The burrs are stated to have a service life of 3,000 kg of coffee processed. The bean hopper holds 500 g, and doses are set electronically in seconds via an adjustable fork with support.
Stated net weight is 9 kg, with a recommended consumption of up to 1 kg of coffee per day. Fiorenzato does not publish dimensions with an explicit width/depth/height order on the product page, nor the supply voltage, retention in grams, or covered grind types for this model.
