The Bricks 01S is a compact electric coffee grinder with an all-metal body. Its burrs are designed for espresso and pour-over, and the adjustment offers 150 settings. The hopper doubles as the grind adjustment dial and can be removed, as can the outer burr, for cleaning. The catch cup and the base have magnets for alignment, and a rotary knocker helps clear leftover grounds. The motor has safeguards that detect jams. A cleaning brush is included.
