It is adjusted with an external ring divided into 207 clicks, on a scale that runs from espresso and moka to pour over, French press and cold brew. Routine cleaning requires no special tools; for deeper maintenance it can be disassembled and, after reassembly, brought back to its original zero position.

Recipes this grind covers
All recipes →Chosen from the brew methods the manufacturer declares it covers, not from the category.
Espresso
Seven grams, twenty-five seconds, twenty-five millilitres: Italian espresso has a written specification, and this is it.
- Dose
- 7 g
Ristretto
The same dose as an espresso, less water in the cup. No institutional source fixes its volume — so here you will only find what is documented.
- Dose
- 7 g
Cappuccino
25 ml of espresso and 100 ml of steamed milk, in a 150–160 ml cup. The cappuccino has a specification too.
- Dose
- 7 g
Caffè macchiato
An espresso and a stain of milk. How much milk, exactly? No source declares it — and we do not invent it.
- Dose
- 7 g
Caffè americano
An espresso lengthened with hot water. The amount of water is set by no standard: it changes from country to country and from bar to bar.
- Dose
- 7 g
Moka pot coffee
The moka is not dosed in grams: it is dosed by volume. Water up to the valve, funnel filled level, never tamped.
