pulyGRIND Crystals is the crystal detergent the manufacturer describes for freeing flat and conical burrs, plus the grinding chamber, from coffee deposits. It comes as a powder of small crystals with high absorbency for oils and fats: passing between the burrs during grinding, it removes them along with coffee residue.

The manufacturer recommends use every 24-36 hours to keep grind particle size consistent, which the product page states is the starting condition for an espresso or filter brew free of unpleasant notes carried over from dirty burrs.
