Venus is Bialetti's line built in 18/10 stainless steel, offered as an alternative to the classic aluminium Moka Express. The official page states the body is made entirely of 18/10 steel and that the boiler wall thickness is increased by 20% compared to the standard models, while the handle and knob remain thermoplastic.
Bialetti states that Venus works on gas, electric and induction hobs without an adapter, with one explicit exception: the 2-cup size is not induction-compatible, while the 4-, 6- and 10-cup sizes listed on the same page are. The safety valve is described as 'easy-clean' and patented.
As with the rest of the range, the manufacturer specifies that the product is not dishwasher safe. The official page does not list base diameter, weight or dimensions for the individual sizes.
