Musa is a Bialetti coffee maker with a body in 18/10 stainless steel and a thermoplastic handle. The safety valve can be taken apart for inspection and cleaning. It comes in five sizes, from one to ten cups; it also works on induction hobs, except in the one-cup and two-cup versions.
It brews by filling the boiler with water up to the safety valve, fitting the funnel with moka-ground coffee without pressing it down, closing the pot and placing it on the hob until the coffee starts to gurgle as it rises into the upper chamber, at which point the heat is turned off. It is rinsed with water only after each use, no detergent, and never in the dishwasher. It suits someone who prefers steel to aluminium and wants a valve that comes apart for cleaning; anyone with only an induction hob looking for the one-cup or two-cup size will not find them induction-compatible.
