The Chemex Ottomatic 2.0 is an automatic filter coffee maker that works with Chemex brewers: it pairs with the Classic and Glass Handle models in 3, 6 and 8 cups, while it cannot be used with the 8 and 13 cup handblown brewers. Brewing proceeds in stages, with pre-infusion and automatic management of contact time, and the water stays between 92 and 96 °C. Hot coffee and iced coffee modes are provided, and the hot plate switches itself off after 90 minutes. Chemex Bonded filters are compatible.
