Data from official source

The C40 LAB Series Tigershark is the C40 MK4 variant with a different burr edge geometry, presented by Comandante as a standalone model rather than a colour option: the manufacturer describes it as the result of over a decade of work by founder Bernd Braune on "innovative concepts for conical burr sets", developed at the company's own Bavarian Burr Lab. The "Double Shark-Tip Blade" geometry is said to be aimed at light-roasted beans, high-density materials and uses beyond coffee in the strict sense, including expedition use.

Comandante states that the burr is made from the same proprietary Nitro Rex alloy used on the standard C40 MK4, a high-chromium stainless steel; on the Tigershark's own page, however, the manufacturer does not repeat the hardness claims stated on the base model's page. The body and the stepped adjustment mechanism remain those of the C40, assembled in Germany.

The official Tigershark page states neither the burr diameter in millimetres, nor the total weight, nor the bean container capacity: three figures missing on the standard model's page too, so this is not a gap specific to this variant but a limit shared across the whole C40 line.
