The Intuition Préférence+ is a Krups bean-to-cup machine with a touchscreen: 24 cm wide, 40 cm deep and 36.5 cm tall, weighing 8.2 kg. The manual states a power supply of 220-240 V, 50 Hz and a running consumption of 1550 W. The grinder uses metal conical burrs feeding a 250 g bean hopper; there is no chute for pre-ground coffee.
Krups states 15 drinks, including black coffees such as ristretto, espresso and lungo and milk recipes such as cappuccino and latte macchiato. The milk system includes a dedicated milk pot which the manual states can be washed in the dishwasher, alongside the One Touch Cappuccino block for automatic frothing.
The machine stores up to two personalised profiles, each with seven favourite drinks that can be assigned to the days of the week and an identifying colour on the light indicator. The display is a 3.5-inch touch slider screen.
