The CI Touch is a bean-to-cup machine with touch & slide control on a colour TFT screen. The grinder is a premium conical steel unit fed by a dual-chamber Bean Select hopper, 270 g in total (2x135 g), which keeps two different blends ready without emptying the hopper to switch. A chute for pre-ground coffee is also included, with grind adjustable across 5 levels, strength across 4, and brewing temperature across three thresholds (85/90/95 °C).
The milk system uses a tube connected to a removable container, kept in the fridge between uses, or placed straight into a standard milk carton; the One Touch function brews milk-based drinks at a single press, and the height-adjustable spout pours two cups at once. The brew group slides out by its handle for weekly cleaning; a dedicated cleaning program for the milk circuit is also recommended once a week. Of the plastic milk container, only the body is dishwasher safe: the lid and pickup tube must be hand-washed.
The CI Touch offers 10 preset coffee variations and 4 personal 'My Coffee Profile' slots, but no connectivity: no app support and no smartphone control. Rounding out the feature set are auto shut-off, a full power-off switch and a passive cup warmer with LED lighting. It suits someone who wants to alternate two bean blends and one-touch milk drinks, without looking for smartphone control.
