The CM 7750 CoffeeSelect has three independent bean containers of 210, 180 and 150 g, keeping several blends ready without emptying the conical grinder each time you switch. The height-adjustable, lit central spout senses the cup underneath it. A chute for pre-ground coffee is also included.
The menu covers thirteen coffee-based drinks, four teas, and hot milk, milk froth and hot water functions; an Expert mode lets you adjust dose and grind amount mid-dispense. Ten customizable user profiles store preferences for multiple people.
Daily cleaning covers the water container, the waste container, and the drip tray with its cover; weekly duties are the milk flask, its siphon and the cup sensor; once a month, the central spout and the brew unit, which is degreased by hand under running water, no detergent — it is not dishwasher safe. Descaling, by contrast, is automatic: a cartridge fills with water while the machine is off and descales overnight, at a set time. The machine has Wi-Fi connectivity and can also be run from the Miele@mobile app, but energy consumption rises once the network stays connected, even with the machine switched off. It suits someone who wants several blends always ready and accepts some manual upkeep on the brew unit and spout.
