The Thermoserve is a compact filter machine with a 1.8-litre brew capacity, aimed at coffee shops and small businesses: it brews 14 cups in about 6 minutes.
Coffee is poured directly into a thermal carafe or a pump-action thermal carafe instead of a glass carafe on a hot plate: it is served away from the machine, with no hot plate on. The thermal carafe or the pump one is not included in the box and must be bought separately. Brewing temperature is 92-96°C, and the filter is a basket filter, to be filled with pre-ground coffee.
It is compact, built to fit on a narrow counter. Under professional or commercial use, the warranty drops to 2 years instead of the 5 given for domestic use.
