Moccamaster Thermoking 3000

The Thermoking 3000 is Moccamaster's professional filter machine, designed for restaurants, cafés and hotels: it brews up to 24 cups in 7.5 minutes with a capacity of 3 litres per brew. The product page states a power draw of 3000 W, a footprint of 22.0x45.4x57.7 cm (width x depth x height) and a brewing temperature of 92-96°C; voltage, frequency and weight are not stated on the official page.

Unlike the domestic models in the range, the Thermoking pours coffee directly into a pump pot instead of a glass carafe on a hot plate: the coffee stays hot for hours with no continuous heat source. The filter is a basket filter, consistent with the direct-brew architecture designed for professional volume.
