The Thermoking 3000 is a filter machine with a 3-litre brew capacity, aimed at restaurants, cafés, hotels and other professional uses: it brews 24 cups in 7.5 minutes.
Coffee is poured directly into a pump-action thermal carafe instead of a glass carafe on a hot plate: it is served away from the machine, with no hot plate on. Brewing temperature is 92-96°C, and the filter is a basket filter, to be filled with pre-ground coffee.
It is narrow but tall, built for a bar counter rather than a low cabinet. Under professional or commercial use, the warranty drops to 2 years instead of the 5 given for domestic use.
