The CDT Grand is the thermal-carafe version of the CD Grand, Moccamaster's compact professional line stated by the manufacturer to target small offices and cafés. The nameplate states a footprint of 16.6x36x40 cm (width x depth x height): narrower but deeper than the CD Grand, consistent with fitting the thermal carafe in place of the glass one.
Like the glass-carafe version, it is stated to hold 1.8 litres brewed in 6 minutes, which the manufacturer translates into 14 cups per cycle and an hourly capacity of 115 cups. The manufacturer also declares ECBC certification and the same copper heating element as the rest of the range.
This model's official page does not, however, state weight or voltage and power draw figures: those figures are therefore not published for the CDT Grand. As with the CD Grand, the warranty drops from 5 to 2 years under professional or commercial use.
