Wilfa Performance

The Performance is Wilfa's flagship filter machine, stated by the manufacturer to be "best in test" for three consecutive years in tek.no's test of filter coffee makers. The manufacturer states a 1.25-litre glass carafe and a brew temperature held between 92 and 96 degrees from first to last drop, a range stated on the product's spec sheet that this listing cannot record as a single value.

The manufacturer describes a water pump system that fully empties the circuit on every brew, a removable water tank with a graduated indicator, an adjustable flow control on the underside of the filter holder to control extraction speed, and an adjustable drip stop. The machine is ECBC-certified (European Coffee Brewing Centre), a body distinct from SCA certification, which the manufacturer does not mention on this page.

The nameplate states an 1800 W draw, with no voltage or frequency given on the product page. Stated dimensions are 34 x 17 x 34.5 cm (width x depth x height, explicitly labelled by the manufacturer) for a weight of 5.5 kg.
