Smeg MFF11

The MFF11 is the higher-end induction milk frother in Smeg's 50's Style range: a stainless steel body, a removable, dishwasher-safe stainless steel jug, and a lid and measuring cup in Tritan Renew. The nameplate states a footprint of 18.4x14.2x25.1 cm (width x depth x height), a net weight of 1.78 kg and a power draw of 500 W on 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz mains.

The manufacturer declares a jug capacity of 600 ml (2.5 cups) for the milk and hot chocolate heating functions, with a stated minimum of 125 ml and a maximum of 250 ml for frothing alone. Declared functions cover hot chocolate, hot milk, light or dense hot froth, light or dense cold froth, plus manual hot and cold modes via two interchangeable discs.

The declared induction system includes automatic switch-off, and the jug, lid and measuring cup are declared removable and dishwasher-safe: a more complete setup than the electric MFF02, which declares only the lid dishwasher-safe.
