Bialetti's electric milk frother is a countertop cappuccino maker with a removable electric base: the jug detaches from the base for easy filling and repositioning. The instructions manual (internal model MKF02) states a maximum jug capacity of 0.3 litres, and distinguishes two functions: whipping and heating milk up to 150 ml, or mixing and heating up to 300 ml without forming foam.
The body has a double whisk disc: one whips the cream, the other simply stirs the milk while it heats. The official page states that the appliance switches off automatically and that the base stays at room temperature (cold-touch), so it can be placed on any surface without risk of burns.
The manual is explicit about cleaning: the jug and base must never be immersed in water or washed in a dishwasher, only hand-cleaned. Voltage and power draw are not given in the manual, which refers to the rating plate fitted on the appliance itself.
