Tuttocrema is Bialetti's manual stovetop milk frother: a metal jug with a patented double whisk disc in the lid, which the official page states whips foam in about 10 seconds. It has no electrical parts: it is heated directly on a hob, moving the lid with its knob to drive the whisk.
The manufacturer states an 11 oz capacity, which the official page describes as enough for six servings of foam in a single preparation, without giving an equivalent value in millilitres. It is compatible with gas, electric and ceramic hobs, but the manufacturer explicitly states it is not suited to induction hobs.
The body has a non-stick interior coating that, according to the official page, makes it easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Since it is not an electrical appliance, the manual does not describe any automatic heating function or a cold-froth mode.
