The LatteMix EMF3.M is De'Longhi's electric milk frother with a brushed metal finish and chromed details. The official technical data sheet states a power draw of 420-500 W at 220-240 V and 50-60 Hz, covering both European and other regional mains standards. The lid is transparent and removable, with a silicone gasket.
The manufacturer states a maximum frothing capacity of 120 ml and a warming-only capacity of 240 ml. Three dedicated buttons select cold froth, hot dairy milk and hot plant-based milk: the option to choose cold froth alongside hot froth is explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
The instructions manual is explicit about cleaning: the milk carafe must not be washed in a dishwasher. The whisk is removable and magnetic, designed to be detached and cleaned separately from the non-stick carafe.
