La Specialista Touch is a thermoblock machine with a built-in burr grinder. It is operated from a 3.5-inch colour touchscreen and can store 8 customisable recipes. It makes espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, flat white, Americano, cold brew, hot milk and hot water. The grinder has 15 grind settings and the temperature can be set on 4 levels. The automatic steam wand adjusts milk temperature (4 levels) and texture (5 levels), for dairy or plant-based milk. A tamper and a milk jug are included in the box.
