The Steel Duo PID runs two independent thermoblocks, one for coffee and one for steam, built to work together: you can texture milk while the coffee is still pouring, with no waiting for the second. The digital display sets the temperature through PID control and programmable pre-infusion, while an extraction timer logs statistics for every shot. The machine is ready in one minute.
The panel's manometer tracks pressure, alongside an externally adjustable overpressure valve; the 10mm stainless steel steam wand stays cool to the touch. The portafilter ships with both standard and pressurised baskets, for anyone starting from a coarser grind. The side-removable water tank holds 2 litres.
It suits anyone who wants two independent circuits for coffee and steam in a compact machine, with every shot's data on the display.
