Decent Espresso DE1+
CoffeeSpecs does not sell and does not show shop prices: check the price where you buy.
The DE1+ is the entry point into the Decent DE1 platform, the same software architecture as the DE1PRO and DE1XL but built on componentry sized for light home use: the manufacturer recommends it for no more than 10 espressos a day and warrants it for 10,000 shots, versus 200,000 for the 'professional use' models. It carries a normal-quality shower screen instead of the competition-grade one reserved for the DE1PRO.
Like the rest of the range, the DE1+ lets you draw the desired flow profile by finger during extraction, with pressure auto-adjusted to follow it, and uses sensors to detect when the puck is saturated to trigger the main shot. Pressure can reach up to 13 bar for anyone working with finer-than-usual grinds.
Unlike the other models in the range, the manufacturer does not publish a spec sheet for the DE1+ with dimensions, weight, voltage, tank capacity, or warm-up time: the only official page found describes its intended use, not its physical specifications.
