Severin Spuma 700

Spuma 700 is Severin's mid-range induction milk frother, with a removable stainless-steel container of 700 ml, a larger capacity than the Spuma 500 and the Spuma Lite. The dimensions given in the official data sheet are 18.5 x 15.8 x 27.5 cm, for a net weight of 1.62 kg. As with the other frothers in the range, the manual refers to the rating plate for the mains voltage, which does not appear in any official technical data table.

Unlike the Spuma 500, the manufacturer states individually adjustable temperature stages from 45 to 65°C, usable for both cold and hot milk and for general heating. Heating happens by induction, which the manufacturer states prevents scorching at the bottom; the steel container is dishwasher-safe. A dedicated hot chocolate function from whole chocolate pieces is also included.

Like the Spuma 500, it has a 360° LED ring with red/blue status indication, an audible end-of-cycle signal, and an opening in the lid to add ingredients such as cocoa during preparation.
