Cadorna Milk is Gaggia's superautomatic built around the Capp in Cup system, a removable milk carafe that the manufacturer pairs with the brew unit for milk-based drinks. The user manual states a weight of 9 kg; for voltage and power it instead points to the data plate inside the service door, while dimensions are no longer listed in the latest manual edition (the 2020 edition gave 260 x 380 x 440 mm, without specifying which side is width, depth or height).
The built-in grinder uses ceramic burrs, which the manufacturer associates with a more even grind for a given roast. The bean hopper, as stated in an earlier manual revision, holds 250 grams. A compartment for pre-ground coffee is also available, useful for a single cup without touching the bean reserve.
The interface recalls 11 beverages, including the newer "over ice" drinks, organised into 4 personal profiles that make them recallable at every use. The brew group is removed by pressing the PUSH lever for weekly cleaning under running water; the manual explicitly forbids washing it in a dishwasher.
