The manufacturer also describes a dual PID system, one per boiler, to stabilize temperature on a mechanism that traditional levers usually lack.
Neither the site nor the manual states portafilter diameter or warm-up time: two technical figures still to be verified elsewhere. Oddly, the manual's dimension table carries an internal annotation next to the weight, "DA VERIFICARE IL PESO" (weight to be verified), a sign that even the official document treats that figure as unsettled.
