La Leva Luxury is La San Marco's lever machine, available in 2- or 3-group format across four trims (Single Boiler Essential, Single Boiler Pro, Multi Boiler, and Multi Boiler with display), built for bars, restaurants and hotels rather than a home kitchen. The tempered-glass body, lit by multicolour LEDs, shows off the mirror-polished stainless steel boiler and the brewing groups. Every trim gets its own PID regulation per group, with a different display depending on the version: basic, OLED or graphic.
Standard across all four trims are the LEL (Low Effort Leva) system, which reduces the force needed to pull the lever, and the Ø 54 mm portafilter. Clearance between spout and drip tray is 75 mm in the standard configuration, 95 mm in the Tall Cup version. The cool-touch steam wand, a second steam valve, the electric cup warmer and a second lever (V Leva) are instead separate accessories, not included as standard.
Installation can do without a pump if the venue's mains water pressure is high enough: below 3 bar of mains pressure, an external motor pump is needed, as an option. It is a lever machine for bars and restaurants that want the classic gesture, with a lever that takes less effort.
