The Move is a compact Profitec dual boiler: a small brass boiler for coffee, built into the ring group, and a second one for steam and hot water. When you only want espresso, the steam boiler switches off. Two gauges show boiler and pump pressure.
The shot starts from two buttons, each with its own extraction time and its own pre-infusion, which can be switched on or off. The group cleans itself: holding both buttons starts an automatic cycle of just over two minutes, with a detergent bought separately. If the 2.8-litre tank runs dry, the machine switches off.
With fast heat-up it is ready in eight to nine minutes; without, up to twenty. It is for someone who wants a narrow dual boiler, 27 cm wide, with two buttons instead of a lever and almost automatic group cleaning.
