Bubble is Carimali's multi-group machine, available in 1, 2 or 3 groups, in a tall or low body. The boiler is a heat exchanger with thermosiphon circulation: a single service boiler exchanges heat with each group, the architecture that lets you steam milk while the coffee is pulled. Prewetting is electronic, with water quantity and time adjustable from the panel, and boiler temperature is set and monitored from a digital panel.

An electronic washing cycle handles group cleaning, started straight from the panel. Water comes from a fixed mains connection, so there is no tank to refill. An optional mixing valve delivers two pre-set doses of hot water at a chosen temperature, useful for tea or other drinks; the cup warmer, on the other hand, is optional and not included on the 2-group version.

The 2-group version is just over 70 cm wide, with an 11-litre steam boiler: a bar counter, not a home kitchen. It suits small coffee shops, kiosks and restaurants.
