Bezzera Sole is a heat-exchanger machine with an E61 group, stated by the manufacturer to deliver thermal stability comparable to a commercial machine despite its compact footprint (305x455x415 mm, 27 kg). The hydraulic circuit draws from a dual water source: a rotary pump can pull from the internal 4-litre tank or be connected directly to the water mains, without a fixed choice between the two.
Electronic control is handled by a PID with a shot timer, letting the user set the brew temperature and time the extraction to keep coffee flow under control. Stated power supply is 220-240V in the European version (110-120V in the North American version), both at 50-60Hz, with a nominal power of 1500W in the European version.
The manufacturer does not specify the operating pressure in bar, the pre-infusion type, the presence of a 3-way valve, the boiler material, the heat-up time, the presence of a pressure gauge, the steam wand type, or the portafilter diameter.
