DF64 Gen 2, now at the V2.5 revision, is a single-dose grinder with 64 mm flat burrs, available in uncoated stainless steel or with a Red Titanium (TiCN) coating, selectable at purchase. Grind adjustment is described as "Stepless Micrometric", a continuous ring with a micrometric scale for fine tuning. The manufacturer states an Extremely Low Retention, aided by ionizer probes built into the inner chute wall.
The motor is AC, rated at 250 W, running at 1400 RPM, with a stated 110/120 V supply for the North American market. The hopper holds only 50 grams, consistent with the single-dose design: load the dose of beans, grind, then clear remaining grounds with a few presses of the included bellows. The manufacturer states coverage for espresso, pour over, French press and AeroPress.
Stated dimensions are 13 cm wide, 22.5 cm deep and 30 cm tall, for a weight of 6.8 kg. The spec sheet lists manufacturing in China. The manufacturer does not state retention as a numeric gram figure, the number of adjustment steps, or the mains frequency.

Espresso
Seven grams, twenty-five seconds, twenty-five millilitres: Italian espresso has a written specification, and this is it.
- Dose
- 7 g
Ristretto
The same dose as an espresso, less water in the cup. No institutional source fixes its volume — so here you will only find what is documented.
- Dose
- 7 g
Cappuccino
25 ml of espresso and 100 ml of steamed milk, in a 150–160 ml cup. The cappuccino has a specification too.
- Dose
- 7 g
Caffè macchiato
An espresso and a stain of milk. How much milk, exactly? No source declares it — and we do not invent it.
- Dose
- 7 g
Caffè americano
An espresso lengthened with hot water. The amount of water is set by no standard: it changes from country to country and from bar to bar.
- Dose
- 7 g
Caffè shakerato
Double espresso, sugar syrup and ice in a shaker. It has no specification: it has a house recipe.
