Data from official source

E37Z-Hero is Ceado's professional single-dose grinder, built around 83 mm flat burrs with a DLC coating and no exposed screws, mounted in a 45°-tilted grinding chamber the manufacturer describes as "zero retention": the stated goal is switching between coffee varieties without wasting beans or having to strip the burrs down to clean them. Grind adjustment is described as infinitesimal and continuous, and the Quick Set Gear Unlock system is said to move the grind from espresso to filter.

The motor draws 740 W and runs at 600 rpm on 50 Hz mains, rising to 1500 rpm at 60 Hz. Stated power supply is 220-240 V at 50-60 Hz, with a manufacturer's note that models with additional voltages are available on request. Net weight is 22 kg, with the machine's own dimensions given as 215x355x400 mm (height included as the third figure).

Ceado does not publish the exact burr material beyond the DLC coating, the number of adjustment steps, or a single motor speed figure, since the spec sheet lists two distinct regimes for 50 and 60 Hz. As it is not a hopper-fed grinder, the manufacturer also does not state a bean-loading capacity.
