Mozzafiato FAST is the stylistic and functional evolution of one of Rocket's historic models, its name nodding to the company's passion for design, coffee, and cycling. It has a heat-exchanger boiler and fast heating: the manufacturer states an average warm-up of around 12 minutes from switch-on. This entry describes the R FAST variant, with a rotary pump connectable to either the water mains or the 1.8-litre internal tank; a V FAST variant also exists, with a vibration pump and 3 kg less weight, meant for installs without a fixed water line.
Stated dimensions are 31.4 × 45.7 × 40.9 cm for both variants, with a weight of 30 kg for the R FAST (27 kg for the V FAST) and a stated draw of 1550W; the product page does not specify a supply voltage. A dual gauge for boiler and pump pressure, an OLED display for operating parameters, and PID temperature control are all stated, together letting the extraction be monitored in real time.
As with the range's other heat-exchanger models, the manufacturer does not specify group type, portafilter diameter, or actual operating pressure in bar: a gap profile nearly identical to the Giotto FAST, with which it shares its technical platform and boiler.
