Rocket Espresso Giotto FAST

Giotto FAST is the new version of the very first model Rocket Espresso ever put into production, with a heat-exchanger boiler and heating engineered for speed: the manufacturer states an average warm-up of around 12 minutes from switch-on, faster than the longer times typical of other heat-exchanger machines in the same tier. This entry describes the R FAST variant, fitted with a rotary pump that can connect to either the water mains or the 1.8-litre internal tank; a V FAST variant also exists, with a vibration pump, no tank-reserve sensor, and 3 kg less weight, aimed at those without a water line available.
Stated dimensions for both variants are 34 × 45.7 × 40.3 cm, with a weight of 30 kg for the R FAST (27 kg for the V FAST) and a stated draw of 1550W; the product page does not specify a supply voltage. The manufacturer states a dual gauge for boiler and pump pressure, useful for checking machine status at a glance, an OLED display for operating parameters, and PID temperature control.
Group type, portafilter diameter, actual operating pressure and heat-up time in seconds are not disclosed — only the approximate 12-minute figure quoted in the general product description, which the manufacturer itself notes depends on water temperature and ambient conditions.
