Eureka is an Italian coffee grinder manufacturer founded in Florence in 1920 by Aurelio Conti. The company, now legally Conti Valerio S.r.l., is based and manufactures in Sesto Fiorentino (FI), where its grinders are hand-assembled, and is currently run by the fourth generation of the founding family. Since 2020 it has been the world's largest company by size and output in the professional dosing-grinder segment, with roughly 95-98% of revenue coming from exports. Its range includes the Eureka 1920 line (counter-top and prosumer grinders) and the premium Eureka Oro line, alongside espresso preparation accessories. Since 2024, stocking and sale of original spare parts has been handled by REPA, a European distributor specialized in foodservice/coffee spare parts, with a 24/7 online catalogue.

Warranty: Since 1 June 2025 Eureka has applied a 10-year motor warranty to a selection of Mignon models (including the Mignon Single Dose PRO, Mignon Stark, Mignon Dolce Vita, Mignon Zero and Mignon Specialità Smart), describing the motor as "the heart of every grinder". This is not a blanket 10-year warranty across the whole product or range: other components and models remain under standard statutory warranty terms.
