Data from official source

Mignon Turbo is the Mignon variant with the largest burrs among the domestic models, 65 mm instead of the Specialità's 55 mm, with a stated lifespan of 500 kg of coffee versus 300 kg for the 55 mm burr sets. The AC motor runs at 1650 rpm, faster than the 1350 rpm of the other Mignon models, drawing 320 watts.

Like the Specialità, it has a touch display managing two programmable doses plus a continuous mode, with a dose counter and activation via a portafilter microswitch. The bean hopper has a stated capacity of 300 g. Stated dimensions are 380 mm height, 120 mm width and 140 mm depth, for a weight of 7.2 kg, the highest in the Mignon range considered here.

Eureka states this model's recommended use as "All Purpose", with productivity of 2.2-3 units for espresso; the official page does not list a separate brew productivity figure as it does for the Specialità and Zero 55s. The manufacturer does not state retention in grams, an adjustment step count, or the supply voltage.
