Like the rest of the Dalla Corte range, the manufacturer positions the 54 mm portafilter as the company's distinguishing size against the more common 58 mm format on the market, though the Studio One page itself does not restate this explicitly — confirmation comes from the manufacturer's own portafilter page. A 58 mm filter remains available as an option for staying on the more widespread standard.
