Mina is Dalla Corte's machine built around a 54 mm portafilter, with an optional kit for 58 mm filters. The group has its own half-litre boiler, separate from the 3-litre one for steam and hot water; a fixed mains water connection is included as standard, along with a hot water and tea dispenser.
The core of the control system is the DFR valve, which regulates water flow, and with it pre-infusion. Flow can be modulated in real time by moving a lever on the machine's front, or programmed through a dedicated smartphone app, which allows full parameter calibration, custom profile creation and the ability to override automatic settings; recipes built in the app can be saved and recalled.
External panels can be customised in wood, metal or glass, in matte, glossy or transparent finishes. Grinder and milk-frothing control are handled by two optional modules. It suits a coffee corner, a bar or a residential setting.
