The Mechanika MAX II is ECM's newest heat-exchanger machine, built around a system the manufacturer calls BTC with a PID-adjustable brew temperature between 90 and 95 °C. Pre-infusion is adjustable with active and passive timing through the display menu, and the machine supports two automatic on/off schedules per day plus an ECO mode.
Water supply is switchable between a roughly 3-litre tank and a fixed connection, with a low-water indicator and automatic shutdown when the tank runs dry. The panel carries both a boiler pressure gauge and a pump pressure gauge, as shown in the manual's component diagram.
At 275x445x405 mm and 23.5 kg, it is among the more compact heat-exchanger machines in the range. The manual states 230 V/2000 W for the EU, UK, CN, AU version and 110 V/1600 W for the US, JP version, with no single figure valid everywhere. The manufacturer does not specify the boiler material, the pump type, or the portafilter diameter for this model.

The group diameter has no tolerance: only what is declared for 58 mm will fit.
