The JUMP is a heat exchanger machine: a single 1.6 l stainless steel boiler feeds both the brew group and the steam wand, with three preset temperatures selectable via PID control. The brew group is Profitec's own proprietary design, identifiable by its stainless steel mushroom, rather than a standard E61.
The pump is a low-noise vibration pump, and a dual gauge shows both boiler and pump pressure on one dial. The 2.8 l water tank has a built-in adapter for a water filter. The manufacturer states 230V/1400W for the EU/UK/CH/AU version and 115V/1500W for the US version, with no single figure valid everywhere. It measures 22.8 x 44.8 x 37.2 cm without portafilter for a weight of 21.5 kg.
The manufacturer does not state heat-up time, brewing pressure or maximum pump pressure, nor does it specify portafilter diameter, a 3-way valve, or a plumb-in option: these remain uncovered by the official product page.
