Lelit Bianca

Bianca is Lelit's dual-boiler model built around the L58E group, compatible with the 58 mm LELIT58 barista accessories. The two stainless steel boilers are kept separate — 1.5 l for steam, 800 ml for coffee — so temperature and steam delivery can be managed independently. The body is polished stainless steel with walnut wood details, and the 2.5 l water tank can be placed on three sides of the machine.

What sets Bianca apart from a standard dual boiler is the manual flow control built into the group itself, worked through the paddle lever during the shot; preinfusion can be switched on from the OLED LCC display, which also shows temperature and shot time. The machine is set up for both a removable tank and a fixed water connection with continuous drain.

The double gauge for pump and steam pressure sits on the front alongside the group gauge for extraction pressure. The manufacturer does not state operating pressure, pump type, or heat-up time — figures worth checking elsewhere before comparing Bianca directly with other dual boilers in its class.
